Group Effort Initiative (GEI) aims to create a pipeline for members of marginalized communities to establish a long-term career within the entertainment industry.
Please complete the following form if you are interested in becoming a GEI participant for submission to internships. **We are currently only able to submit those located in the Greater Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, and New York City areas to internships.

GEI welcomes people from underrepresented communities of all ages and experience levels interested in entertainment to apply for our program. We especially encourage those of historically underrepresented identities (people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, etc.) to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 and over to apply
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- Must be based in a city GEI currently works in:
- For corporate and creative internship opportunities: GEI currently accepts participants within the Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York City areas.
- Interested in building a long-term career within the entertainment industry
- May have prior work experience (recommended but not required)
- Actively looking for jobs or internships
- COVID-19 vaccination with a booster is highly recommended
