Group Effort Initiative (GEI) aims to create a pipeline for members of underrepresented communities to establish a long-term career within the entertainment industry.
Please complete the following form if you are interested in becoming a GEI participant for submission to full-time roles in corporate/creative or on-set roles.

GEI welcomes people from underrepresented communities of all ages and experience levels interested in entertainment to apply for our program. We especially encourage those of historically underrepresented identities (people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, etc.) to apply.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 and over to apply
- Must have unrestricted work authorization
- Must be based in a city GEI currently works in:
- For production on-set opportunities: GEI currently accepts participants across the United States, Canada, and the UK in the following cities: Atlanta, Albuquerque, San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Cleveland, Long Island, Los Angeles, London (UK), New York City, New Jersey, Pittsburgh, Sydney (Australia), Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Winnipeg, and Washington D.C.
- For corporate and creative internships/entry-level opportunities: GEI currently accepts participants within the Austin, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York City areas.
- Interested in building a long-term career within the entertainment industry
- May have prior work experience (recommended but not required)
- Actively looking for jobs or internships
- COVID-19 vaccination with a booster is highly recommended
