Group Effort Initiative aims to create a pipeline for members of underrepresented communities to establish a long-term career within the entertainment industry.
Please complete the following form if you are interested in becoming a Group Effort participant for submission to full-time roles in corporate/creative or on-set roles.

Group Effort Initiative welcomes people from underrepresented communities of all ages and experience levels interested in entertainment to apply for our program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 and over to apply
- Must have unrestricted work authorization
- Must be based in a city where Group Effort currently works:
- For production on-set opportunities: Group Effort currently accepts participants across the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK in the following cities: Atlanta, Albuquerque, Los Angeles, London (UK), New York City, New Jersey, Sydney (Australia), Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal.
- For corporate and creative internships/entry-level opportunities: Group Effort currently accepts participants within the Los Angeles and New York City areas.
- Interested in building a long-term career within the entertainment industry
- May have prior work experience (recommended but not required)
- Actively looking for jobs or internships
- COVID-19 vaccination with a booster is highly recommended
