Group Effort Initiative aims to create a pipeline for members of marginalized communities to establish a long-term career within the entertainment industry.
Please complete the following form if you are interested in becoming a Group Effort participant for submission to internships. **We are currently only able to submit those located in the Los Angeles and New York City areas to internships.

Group Effort Initiative welcomes people from underrepresented communities of all ages and experience levels who are interested in entertainment to apply to our program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 and over to apply
- Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- Must be based in a city where Group Effort currently works:
- For corporate and creative internship opportunities: Group Effort currently accepts participants within the Los Angeles and New York City areas.
- Interested in building a long-term career within the entertainment industry
- May have prior work experience (recommended but not required)
- Actively looking for jobs or internships
- COVID-19 vaccination with a booster is highly recommended
If you meet ALL criteria, you may complete a Group Effort application to be considered for the program.
